Blair Atholl Watermill

This dates back to the 1590’s, it is one of the last working watermills in Scotland producing stone ground oatmeal and flour, but be warned, demand can be high. You can view the working Mill and see how it works and operates, and let’s hope there’s enough water to turn the wheel. This helps retain the nutritional benefits of the grain, as well as its’ original flavour and texture and the Mill is fed from the River Tilt.
