Business meetings
Whilst we are not purpose built for big corporate meetings with projectors, flipcharts and pens, but if your requirement is for small, exclusive and a private ‘hidden away meeting’ over lunch or ensconced in a corner of our lounge, we are an ideal choice, especially with our attention and service.

We would recommend exclusive use of the Cairn for any gatherings exceeding thirty persons otherwise this may negatively impact other guests and your enjoyment of your unique event. We would be delighted for you to choose from our specially designed menus or indeed something tailor-made.
Marry
A wedding at Cairn day is always suited to taking over the Hotel in its’ entirety for exclusive use. This use guarantees your privacy on your very special day, and means that your event will be the sole focus of our entire team. Cairn will be at your disposal in terms of the management, staff, the grounds and pretty much anything else that you may require. This means that you can relax, safe in the knowledge that you won’t meet or bump into any strangers or see anyone on the day who isn’t an invited guest or member of our team.
We appreciate that everyone is unique and therefore don’t cater for ‘off the peg’ weddings at Cairn, which means that each and every wedding at Cairn is 100% bespoke and intimate, and we pride ourselves on the attention to detail we deliver. We will appoint one point of contact to ensure that every detail is beautifully captured to suit your requests, and of course we understand the absolute importance of ahead planning and clear communication.
- You may choose to get ready at Cairn before heading off to get married elsewhere or as you choose, before returning to Cairn as a married couple.
- Your quote will include everything from food & drink, bedrooms, service, venue hire, VAT and more, so that there should be no hidden additions or extras.
- Our pricing will be bespoke to help you celebrate the perfect occasion.
- If Cairn is your chosen exclusive use wedding venue, then you won’t need to travel anywhere at the end of the night, indeed you may wish to extend your party over a few days.
- Exclusive use can start from 3pm on the day or the day before and include as many nights stay as you wish.
- Everything can be held in one place, so no need to worry about guests having to drive around after the ceremony if you choose to get married at Cairn.
- Enjoy the use of Cairn and its Gardens and surroundings for a private wedding photography session without the fear of anyone wandering in the background.
- We only ever hold one wedding in the venue per day so you will be our only focus.
