From Tuesday 30th November 2021 we will introduce staff meal

As a sign of our hospitality, team members on duty will be provided with a meal.

Also and importantly 100% of our discretionary service charge and tips goes to each and every member of our team which is added to your monthly pay.

From 1st October 2021 we will always pay a minimum of £10 per hour

We will never just pay the basic wage!

Your Birthday!

Starting on 1st January 2022 you will receive an additional holiday day for or on your birthday.

From 1st February 2022

Employees will be able to benefit from 50% on all Food in our restaurant (sorry not drinks)

Weekends

Date TBA we will look to allow our team to rotate who works Saturdays and Sunday e.g you may get every third one off (subject to the demands of the business)

If your introduce a friend and they stay with the Cairn Hotel for more than eight weeks (from their first day of employment) and they perform admirably, then you will receive the sum of £500 (subject to the PAYE inland revenue) paid into your wages - please enquire.

We will be Closed for our Staff & Management to chill out or party on Christmas Day - 25th December

Reward Tokens

From 1st March 2022 we will look to introduce reward tokens.These may be given out to our team players when we catch you doing exceptional work, (above what we all would expect you to deliver)! once you collect twenty then we will have a nice mystery prize to choose from

Please stay over in one of our Luxury rooms enjoy B&B free of charge

Once a year the first night is with our complements and the second night is for only £50 per room. The date will naturally need to be agreed in advance with the senior manager.

Attending Courses with Certification

Nothing is more important than this, we will require sometime representatives from our team to be trained in certified first aid and food safety on a regular basis.
